HC relief to ZP teacher accused of forgery

Summary:

The education officer in Amravati gave Tidke a no-objection certificate for inter-district transfer from NT-D category on September 11, 2017. The education officer at the zilla parishad had lodged a complaint against Tidke for forgery and hacking into the mail of the secretary to ensure his posting at Latur. Tidke was suspended on September 3, 2018.The education officer also lodged a complaint with Latur police against Tidke under 491, 420, 465, 471, 409 of the IPC as well as provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Later, he was posted at Bhulori in Dharni taluka on January 21, 2010.
