AURANGABAD: The municipal administration has once again placed the much-hyped proposal with regard to departmental inquiry against civic body 's suspended officers before the general body slated on February 18. The officers had allegedly set aside norms led down by the state government while issuing the TDRs. In the previous meeting the proposal was put on hold.Putting it on hold, the then mayor Trimbak Tupe had said that the proposal lacks many crucial inputs like legal implications of the inquiry on the civic body. They had allegedly violated norms while giving transfer of development rights (TDR) to some of the property owners in Fazalpura and Alamgir Colony.
