Shahjahanpur: Seven schoolchildren received injuries after the two-wheeler cart in which they were travelling was hit by a tractor in Khuthar area of Shahjahanpur district on Thursday morning. Angry locals caught hold of the tractor driver and handed him over to police. The tractor driver was identified as Ranjeet Singh, who is also the head of Laxmipur village in Khuthar. No formal complaint was filed by the childrens’ parents till the filing of this report.“The tractor was speeding and hit the cart while trying to overtake it. We are yet to receive a formal complaint from the parents of the victims.”.
