Bareilly: With 524 fresh cases of killer plasmodium falciparum (PF) reported in Bareilly on Monday, the total figure has reached 2,465 in the district. Besides, as 1,408 persons were detected with PV on Monday, the cumulative figure stands at 5,295.Chief medical officer (CMO) Dr Vineet Shukla said, “During tests, it was found that 236 persons have both PF and PV malaria infections. Besides, the health department has sprayed larvicidal in 888 villages and fogged 150 villages.
