Moradabad: The officials of the Food and Security Department have seized 28 quintal of sweets (worth Rs 8 lakhs) from a house in the city on Monday morning. The officials also seized the house as the adulterated sweets were made to be sold there.The raids were carried out inside the jurisdiction of Dilari police station area. We rushed to the spot and seized 20 quintal milk cake and 8 quintal Barfi after we found refined oil and powder milk being used for manufacturing sweets. Today, we received the information of that adulterated sweets are being prepared inside the house of Intaizar Ahmad at Dilari.
