Bareilly: In a bid to ensure road safety, the city’s traffic police, on Monday, launched a drive against vehicles without proper lights. With winters approaching, it was important to check vehicles with proper functioning lights installed as lacking these results in road accidents. The drivers were instructed to follow traffic rules and a booklet listing various traffic rules, regulations and information regarding penalties imposed on violation of the rules was also distributed among the drivers.
