Build at least 1 road using municipal solid waste in each district, government tells PWD

BAREILLY: The state government has directed the Uttar Pradesh Public Works Department (PWD) to construct at least one road in each district using municipal solid waste. Moreover, mixing plastic waste with bitumen improves road quality as it keeps water from seeping into the road.
