He also laid the foundation of 100-km-long six-lane Hapur Bypass-Moradabad section of NH-24 to be constructed at a cost of Rs 3,441 crore.He said that the BJP is doing good work in the development sector all over the country and now the time is ripe for the people to recognize it.While addressing the inaugural ceremony, he said that Ramganga will be connected to the waterway as it merges with the river Ganga..
