Bareilly: Elaborate traffic arrangements are in place to ensure a hassle-free vehicular movement during the Holi festival. Also, no heavy vehicles will be allowed to enter into the city from Satellite trisection.Moreover, heavy vehicles coming from Mini Bypass will not be allowed to enter into the city. Route diversion has been planned by the Bareilly traffic police, on Thursday, from 6am to 2pm.According to the plan, movement of both light and heavy vehicles, including public transport vehicles, will be restricted in certain areas of the city till the afternoon while movement of heavy vehicles will be barred throughout the day.
