Sri Dharmarayaswamy Maharathotsava (car procession) will begin at the Sri Dharmarayaswamy temple at 11.50 p.m. The karaga (floral pyramid) carried by a pujari will begin at the Sri Dharmarayaswamy temple on Saturday midnight. He will visit the Anjaneyaswamy temple, Alasurupet; Sri Rama temple and Prasanna Gangadhareshwara temple, Venugolalaswamy temple, Nagarthpet; Sri Rama Seva Mandir, 14th Cross, Cubbonpet; Anjaneya temple, Makkala Basavanannagudi; Channarayaswamy temple, Ganigarapet; Chamundeshwari temple and Eshwara temple on Avenue Road. The karaga will passes through Doddapet, Cottonpet, Balepete, Kumbarapet, Gollarapete, Cubbonpet and Sunkalpete before reaching the Sri Dharmarayaswamy temple at 6 a.m.
