Marigowda Memorial Bhavan, Lal Bagh. The event has been organised by the Grameena Natural and Grameena Kutumba, which are engaged in promoting the use of millets. It will followed by millet-based food preparation contest, and demonstration of millet food preparation. Minister Krishna Byregowda is expected to inaugurate the event followed by felicitation of environmentalist Nagesh Hegde, five progressive farmers and other dignitaries. A free workshop for farmers on millet cultivation has been organised on June 9 at 11 a.m..
