80 guava trees chopped; dismissed constable arrested

The complaint also alleged that Nagaraja, who worked as a constable in Nelamangala police station, had been accused of murdering his wife. He was dismissed from service, convicted for 14 years and had recently come out of prison, he complainant alleged. Nagaraja filed a suit in court claiming that the property was sold by his family members without his consent and he staked claim to his share of around 20 guntas.
