Double hanky-panky in BCU tender process?

In the latest, it turns out the fledgling Bengaluru Central University (BCU) that had announced double tenders for its examination processes, has allegedly given both the tenders to the same company two different names. Curiously, the university also mentioned that the process ‘excludes joint venture or consortium’.An expert alleged the BCU has given the tender to a company that is just four months old. As of now, we are a new university and we have to go for outsourcing of private people. The conditions were that the company should have an ISO certificate and a turnover of around Rs.
