Summary:

BENGALURU: Chrysalis High on Kadugodi Road has become an island of sorts after the recent downpour left the only approach road to the school inundated with rainwater, knee deep at some points, on Monday. Young kids are leaving home as early as at 6.30am and reaching school only by 9-9.30am due the pathetic state of the road,” said Smriti Marwaha, whose son studies at Chrysalis High. It’s difficult for parents to drop their kids to school. “As soon as it rains, several stretches of the road are flooded. The school will provide shuttle service from Chaitanya-Ananya till the water level comes down.”Parents said the problem recurs every time it pours and vented their ire against BBMP on Twitter..
