ATM glitch: SBI fails to refund teacher, sued

On the afternoon of May 7, 2014, she attempted to withdraw Rs 25,000 from an SBI ATM in Cholanayakanahalli in the city using her debit card. To prove her case, Chandrakala requested SBI officials to examine the day’s CCTV footage from the kiosk.
