BENGALURU: A 42-year-old vice-president of a Doddaballapura garment factory was arrested for allegedly stealing readymade clothes worth Rs 27 lakh from his workplace and selling them at a cheaper price.Ravi Kumar V from Singanalluru in Tamil Nadu and vice-president of Sanvi Industries sold clothes for Rs 6 lakh to a shop owner known to him. Later, the clothes were recovered from a shop owned by Muthu Kumaraswamy in Doddaballapura. Upon questioning, Ravi confessed that he was in need of money and decided to sell the garments.
