The film festival is being organised between February 26 and March 4 by the Karnataka Chalanachitra Academy (KCA) and the Department of Information and Public Relations in association with the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce (KFCC). The film festival is for people and for the many directors, producers and other teams.
