BENGALURU: The appointment of the vice-chancellor to the Bangalore University may face further delay as the meeting scheduled by the search committee has been indefinitely postponed. The search committee members were appointed through a notification on January 18 this year.The committee would recommend a panel of three eminent educationists to the governor who would choose one of them as the VC. "The practice of selecting a sitting VC as the panellist has been going on for a long time and there's nothing unconstitutional," they said.
