The accused has been identified as Raj Singh and was posted at Bazakhana. A few days ago, it got damaged and he requested the JE concerned to replace it.” He said, “The complainant further stated that even after visiting the site, the JE did not replace the transformer. When Harwinder met the JE on June 13 again, the latter demanded a bribe of Rs 5,000 to get the work done.
