Addressing on the occasion, Tript Rajinder Singh Bajwa said the building had been constructed by the Rural Development and Panchayat Department. Bajwa also inaugurated a smart school at Kotshamir village in the district. He said 63 smart schools had been established in the district. He said in the smart schools, 40 per cent bright students were given education in English medium along with hi-tech facilities..
