President of BKU (Ekta Ugrahan) Singara Singh Mann said: “After receiving information that Kashmiri students have not returned from the valley, we reached out to varsity authorities. Internet services are not being provided there and the changing weather has further worsened the situation.”An executive member of Noujwan Bharat Sabha said the administration and government must make requisite provisions for Kashmiri students so that they can come back safely and take their final exams..
