Bathinda, November 13To mark the celebrations of the 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev, the four-day Punjab State Women Games (U-25) will commence in Mansa district on Thursday. As many as 3,600 players are expected to participate in the games. “Our main focus is on letting people know that there is no difference between a daughter and a son. Girls can achieve all that boys can and these games are a way of empowering them,” she added.
