The festival was organised by the state government to mark the 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev. Pushkar received a cash prize of Rs 21,000 and a certificate at a state-level felicitation ceremony held at Dera Baba Nanak. The event was coordinated by faculty members Jatinder Kaur, professor and head, architecture, and Amitoj Singh, cultural coordinator under the guidance of Bhupinder Pal Singh Dhot, director, sports and youth welfare, MRSPTU, Bathinda.
