Summary:
BHOPAL: In this state assembly election, Mahakaushal remained at top in terms of voter turnout among the four major regions of the state. From observers’ perspective, the voting pattern was somewhat similar to the last assembly polls.Of 38 assembly seats in the region, 16 saw voting in excess of 80%. However, among seven assembly seats in Chhindwara district , all the constituencies other than Chhindwara saw more than 80% voting. For 14 seats, poll percentage was over 75% (overall average of votes in entire state). Patan constituency witnessed the largest turnout of 79.32..
