The maximum temperature was 25 degrees Celsius “ The minimum temperature may go down further between 8.5 to 9.5 on January 15 while the afternoon temperature may be around 22 degrees Celsius ”, weather office said.The local office of the Indian Meteorological department (IMD) also issued a warning of “ shallow to moderate fog” at isolated places of Chhatarpur, Bhopal , Indore Ujjain, Gwalior and Datia districts.”The IMD attributes the change in climatic conditions to “ western disturbances” over Jammu and Kashmir.Meanwhile on Monday, Nowgaon and Datia with 5 degrees Celsius were the coldest places in the state where a minimum temperature of 5degrees Celsius was recorded..
