No end to drama school controversy

BHOPAL: The alumni of Madhya Pradesh School of Drama have extended their support to the students who are protesting against the school authorities for better facilities. The protest that began a week ago is still continuing as students have demanded a written letter from director Alok Chatterjee assuring them to fulfill their demands.In a letter submitted to the chief minister's office last week, the students had placed their demands saying that the director is preventing them from promoting their productions at drama festivals, besides there were no props for the drama.The protest took a political turn when the director said that one of the students studying was admitted without any documents during the directorship of former director Sanjay Upadhayay.The student in question Shiva produced all the documents after which the other 25 students have joined hands against the director asking him to give a clarification in the media for his statement..
