HC asks youth seeking pardon to serve patients at health centre

Bhopal: In an unusual judgement, Madhya Pradesh high court on Wednesday put forth a condition of serving patients at government health facility twice in a week before a 20-year-old youth who had sought pardon to three-years punishment in a POSCO case.Justice Anand Pathak believed if he does social work, he will improve given his age. Therefore, he must work for two days in a week at community health centre of Bhamori in Guna district and must continue with it for the next six months.His lawyer has been asked to submit a report about his work before the court on weekly basis..
