BHOPAL: The directorate of public instruction formed a ten-member committee to look into the working of private schools in the state on Friday.The ten-member committee constituted under Bhopal commissioner Kalpana Shrivastava will see whether the schools are abiding by the bylaws laid down by the Central Board of Secondary Education ( CBSE ). These issues were frequently highlighted by the media, too”, said Shrivastava.“Keeping all these factors in mind, we decided to form this committee to look into the matter and ensure that schools are following CBSE by-laws”, Shrivastava added. The inspections will go on till April 15 and will ensure that the schools are adhering to rules laid down by the board, including the usage of NCERT books in the curriculum.
