Balakrishna Sharma. During visit he instructed the university professors and administrative officials to make a plan to upgrade aiming for betterment and excellence of the university. Minister Yadav said that he studied at the Vikram University and it is the responsibility of all of us, including him, to work for making the future of the university glorious.
