In this sequence, the Mukhya Mantri Covid Upchar Yojana has been implemented. Under this scheme, important decisions have also been taken for free Covid treatment of families possessing Ayushman cards. At present, only 288 hospitals with medicine expertise, out of 579 hospitals identified for Covid treatment are expanelled under the Ayushman Yojana in the state. A special campaign should be launched for free treatment of Covid-19 to ensure that every member of Ayushman eligible families gets a separate card and can avail free Covid treatment.
