NLIU cancels prestigious event, students vow to hold it

NLIU administration stunned the protesting students on Sunday by cancelling India's biggest International Law School Mediation Tournament, which was scheduled to be held from November 17. "Due to the overwhelming support and unity of students, the tournament will now be called NLIU Speaks presents INADR International Law School Mediation Tournament," said students.Each participating team will have three members. Students answered by declaring that they will organize the competition outside campus, on the same dates. The prelim comprises three rounds of mediation where each member of the team has to play the role of client, counsel and mediator. The top four client-counsel teams and top four mediators from the prelims shall face each other in two concurrent grand finals..
