The chariots of Lord Balabhadra and Devi Subhadra had reached Gundicha temple on Saturday.The Medical Square on Grand Road where the chariots were being pulled witnessed waterlogging for a few hours. The MeT office has predicted heavy to very heavy rainfall in the coastal town in the next 25 hours.
