BHUBANESWAR: The sleuths of Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Crime Branch on Tuesday arrested Biswajit Biswal, a senior manager of Odisha Construction Corporation Limited (OCCL) for allegedly misappropriating Rs 3.10 crore.The OCCL is a state government PSU and Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (Idco) had entrusted it to construct the internal road at Infovalley here at a cost of Rs 12.90 crore. The deadline for completion of work was April 2018.The misappropriation came to light after the OCCL's company secretary, Bibhuti Bhusan Sahoo, lodged a complaint against Biswal in EOW.
