It is unfortunate that the state government is unable to resolve the issue,” Congress chief whip Taraprasad Bahinipati told reporters.Raising the issue in the zero hours, leader of opposition Narasingha Mishra said people are deprived of justice because of lawyers’ protests in different parts of the state over various issues..
