Bhubaneswar: The people of Bhubaneswar on Saturday woke up to a thick blanket of fog enveloping the city as the cold wave continued across the state. On Saturday, the minimum temperature at nine places hovered below 10°C amidst fog condition. Both minimum and maximum temperature in coastal areas witnessed a rise due to fog, he said.
