CBSE guidelines for parents students to beat exam stress

BHUBANESWAR: With barely a few days left for the boards, the Central Board of Secondary Education ( CBSE ) has cautioned parents and students against paying heed to rumours, fake news and scaremongering. It has asked them to bring instances of misinformation being spread to its notice.“(You) must avoid believing in or forwarding rumours. The presentation deals with the experiences and problems adolescents face, and provides strategies to cope with them. “Encourage them to believe strongly in their choice of subjects, levels of understanding, the progress they have made in the acquisition of knowledge and their evolution as young citizens. This began on February 1 and will continue till April 4.Apart from providing counselling over the phone by principals and experts, the CBSE has for the first time uploaded a comprehensive audio-visual presentation titled ‘Knowing Children Better’ on its website..
