Bhubaneswar: One day workshop on Skill Development was organised by STSC Development Department in collaboration with Odisha Skill Development Authority here on Friday. The workshop was addressed by Chairman, Odisha Skill Development Authority, Sri Subroto Bagchi, Principal Secretary, STSC Development Department Smt.
