Rayagada: Centre of Excellence for Early Childhood Development (CoEECD), Department of Psychology, Utkal University in collaboration with UNICEF organize a Workshop on Observance of Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) day on 17th and 18th January at Mission Shakti Conference Hall, Rayagada. She spoke some psycho-socio issues during the early childhood and need some of the activities for the child which will be help the child development in early stages. of Psychology, Utkal University thoroughly present about how human brain development, and how the ground-level worker will involve in the development of mind and heart of the child at early childhood level.
