PANCHKULA: A Class XI student was murdered outside a government school in Sector 7 in a juvenile crime on Monday. Vikas Kumar (16), a resident of Railla village, Sector 12, stepped out after the school ended around 2.30pm.Around 10-15 boys dressed in ITI college dresses were waiting for him. Students said Vikas had a heated exchange with a Class IX student a couple of days back. They surrounded Vikas and one of them stabbed him with a sharp-edged weapon, police said.
