SGPC: Phoolka seeks resolution for early polls

He suggested that the state government can now present the panel report in the House in a legal manner. Though the then state government formed the judicial panel to probe the incident but the victim families say that the report was never made public. However, he also made it clear that action taken report on the panel’s report was never presented before the House.On this, Phoolka informed the speaker that the panel’s report had to be presented along with the action taken report. Otherwise it cannot be accepted and is not legal.
