Summary:
The officials decided a few traditional competitions for children like “Rose Prince” and “Rose Princess” would be organised in a simple manner. Photography, kite-flying (in tricolour only), and on-the-spot painting competitions and “Rose Quiz” would take place. It was also decided to set up an enclosure right in front of entry gate dedicated to CRPF jawans, allowing dignitaries and visitors to pay homage to the martyrs.
