The accused were on their motorbike when they saw a 22-year-old girl, a resident of Mansa Devi Complex (MDC), Sector 4, and started passing lewd comments at the girl and also sang songs. The police have registered a case.The complainant alleged that on Friday, she was crossing through the market area at 4pm.
