621 students get placed in job fair

Tribune News ServicePatiala, June 26As many as 621 candidates got placement during a ‘Rozgar mela’ organised by the Education Department at Government Senior Secondary school, Civil Lines, Patiala, today. A total of 723 candidates took part in the job fair and 44 companies took part in the hiring process. The students who took part in theevent had done vocational courses. Additional Commissioner (General) Ismat Vijay Singh said Class IX and XII students were taught an extra vocational subject.
