Court upholds 3-year term of two impersonation convicts

Chandigarh, July 15A special CBI court today dismissed the application of two firemen, who were sentenced to three-year jail each for cheating and impersonation. They had moved the court with a request to suspend their sentence. However, the court upheld the decision of the junior magistrate of CBI court. The convicts, Tinku and Satbir, had sent some other person in their place to appear in the entrance exam for posts of firemen in the MC.
