He stated that the next morning, he received a call for the owner of a neighboring shop that the shutter of his shop was open. The complainant stated that he immediately reached the shop and found that the shutter of the shop was lifted and its locks broken. He said he entered the shop and found currency garlands in the denominations of Rs 100, Rs 50, Rs 20 and Rs 10 worth Rs 16,000 stolen besides Rs 2,000 missing from the cash box..
