A speeding car rammed into a Celerio car which had already stuck into the debris and sand – lying on the highway for the construction work of the road. In the meanwhile, another speeding car rammed into the stuck Celerio Car — leaving all three dead on the spot. The police said that the accused car driver left his car on the spot and managed to escape. The eye witnesses informed that accident took place allegedly due to the negligence of the National Highway authorities as diversion lacked signboards..
