Dumping of waste construction material at the site has been going on rampantly despite the area being declared by the HSVP as no dumping zone. Even though the HSVP has put up a board behind a private hotel in Sector 5 declaring it to be a no dumping zone, the construction material is being dumped in the area. Dumping is being done despite installation of board signs, which prohibit the dumping of construction waste. He further said the HSVP authorities needed to take immediate action to stop the use of the open space near WelcomHotel Bella Vista for dumping garbage and construction debris to resolve the problem..
