DEO seeks reply from school for denying transfer certificate

The Class V student twrote to the DEO that he got admission in Jawahar Navodya Vidyalaya (JNV). However, the new school is demanding the transfer certificate which is being denied by the former school. “My father submitted an application for the issuance of the required transfer certificate, but the school is now refusing to issue it.
