Chandigarh, August 17The flagship hotel of CITCO, Hotel Mountview, was honoured with “Swachh Survekshan” award on Independence Day by the MC Commissioner and city Mayor. To promote the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, the city Mayor and MC Commissioner constituted a committee to make surprise checks at reputed hotels of the city and to check whether the respective hotels were adhering to norms issued by the Centre. A team of the Ministry of Health made a surprise visit to Hotel Mountview and found the premises and surrounding areas clean. The team checked rooms, all F& B outlets, public toilets, staff toilets, staff cafeteria, lawns, kitchen garden, rainwater harvesting system, etc..
