PSPCL conducts raids to check power theft in state

The PSPCL spokesman disclosed that from September 10 to 14, different teams of the PSPCL conducted raids in Sangrur and Patran divisions. “Three teams of the PSPCL officers, SDO Bhawanigarh, SDO Suburban Sunam, and AE Gharachon, under supervision of senior Xen distribution Sangrur raided Nagra village. The spokesman said power theft would result in increased tariff due to low revenue collection and this would put burden on honest consumers.
